DAY OF WEDDING PLANNER

Great for individuals that have booked most of their vendors and have planned most of the wedding day their selves but are in need of ACE Event Planning & Design Co to manage, refine and execute all of the details so that the day is smooth. This is great for individuals looking for services at least 3 months out of their event date.
The client will receive the following services:

Weekly/ Biweekly consultations with you via telephone/email

Visit both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding
-
Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
-
Two (2 )Scheduled In-person consultations time throughout the planning process
-
Four (4) planning meetings: (1) at time of contract, (2) one month prior, (3) Two weeks prior and (4)
-
One (1) hour for Wedding Rehearsal
-
On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for no more than
-
Ten (10) hours on the day of your wedding (including ceremony and reception)
FULL WEDDING PLANNER

Great for individuals that may be wondering where to start in the wedding celebration planning process. Client will receive step by step help from start to finish in making sure that their wedding celebration is successful. This service is for individuals that may not have the time or want to deal with the stress
of planning an event.
The client will receive the following services:

Weekly/ Biweekly consultations with you via telephone/email

Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
-
Assist in discussion and formulation of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design
-
Review and Visit the location for ceremony and reception sites.

Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections

Assistance in six (6) wedding errands which includes but is not limited to; vendor appointments, pickups, and deliveries (additional errands will be allocated a $25 fee. Also the Wedding Coordinator does not do any errands that involve transportation of individuals.)

Eight (8) Scheduled In-person consultations time throughout the planning process

Great for individuals that have gotten the vision of their wedding celebration but need help with strategizing the details of the event. This is great for individuals that have gotten their venue and know some logistics of how they would like their event but need help with getting to the finish line.
